Michael is a 4th generation entrepreneur and real estate attorney. His great grandfather, Henry W. Stahle, Esq., founded a real estate development, management, and investment firm that he and his family still operate to this day.

Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from Weber State University, and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Michael was a member of the school’s Student Law Office, which served members of society who faced a variety of issues for which they might not otherwise have legal representation. Michael also participated in the law school’s student trial lawyers association where he and 3 of his colleagues were awarded “Best Defense Team.”

Michael is the Managing Partner of Hepworth, Murray & Associates, LLC. He is also the Principal Broker and President of Security Real Estate, LLC located in Bountiful, Utah, and Vice President of Hepworth Investment Group, LLC, which is a real estate development company.

Michael is a real estate attorney who focuses his practice areas to commercial and residential development and leasing, boundary disputes, acquisitions, and property rights.
